DETECTIVES and officers from the Aylesbury neighbourhood and roads policing teams are renewing their appeal for witnesses two months after the murder of Mustapha Charkaui in Dunsham Lane, Aylesbury.
Aylesbury town neighbourhood police officers and Police Community Support Officers will be at the Alfred Rose community centre in Dunsham Lane between 8am and 4pm today (Monday) and tomorrow with a mobile police trailer.
DS Mark Morton, co-ordinating the operation, said: "The trailer presents an opportunity for members of the public to have easy access to the police. The team will also hand out flyers in the area."
Between 9pm and 10pm tonight, roads policing officers will carry out a road check in Dunsham Lane, stopping any cars and asking drivers if they know of anything. At the same time, a team of Aylesbury officers and detectives will also hand out leaflets at different locations in Aylesbury town centre to appeal for information.
