Lose weight and raise cash for hospital’s great cause

LOSE those festive pounds and help cure bowel cancer.

That is the message from Stoke Mandeville Hospital’s Scannappeal, which is appealing to slimmers to get together in groups of up to four to collectively lose 25lbs for charity.

Staff from the hospital’s endoscopy department have already signed up for the slim.

Scannappeal will give fundraising advice and weekly dietary and fitness tips will be provided by WeightWatchers, as well as concessionary rates at your local Nexus leisure centre.

The slim starts on Monday 16 January for a total of eight weeks.

To take part call Scanappeal on 01494 734161 or visit www.scannappeal.org.uk.

New Year can be a very good reason for everyone who wants to start a healthy lifestyle. For those who want to lose weight is very important to find a healthy weight loss program that really works. My best friend had very good results with a diet program from TIPSTODIET.COM. She lost 40 lbs and still maintain this weight. Good luck to everyone!
