ONE of Aylesbury's newest businesses has teamed up with Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity as a corporate companion.
Potential Homes Furniture Rentals Ltd, based on the Gatehouse Industrial Estate, celebrated its launch earlier this month, after teaming up with the hospice, as well as winning a place with the Aylesbury Vale Enterprise Hub, which supports innovative start up companies with the potential to expand and bring employment and economic success to Aylesbury.

Former property developers Graham Andrews and Sandra Line set up Potential Homes to transfer their skills from staging homes for sale into providing furniture and accessories needed create a show home.

Having had a close association with the hospice for over 15 years, Mr Andrews was delighted to find out about their corporate companion programme. He said: "Instead of the Hospice asking for money which is tight for any new company, they asked how we could help each other. Lindsey Fealey, head of fundraising has helped us to organise and run this evening's launch event and in return, we donated furniture for their recent auction and will be helping out at some of the Hospice events over the summer.

"Starting in business isn't easy and the support we have had from the district council, county council, the Enterprise Hub, the hospice and many others has really helped us begin to fulfil our potential."
