BARWOOD Developments have completed the Premus development on Brunel Park, Aylesbury.
This impressive scheme, situated at the junction of Coldhardbour Way and Griffin Lane, at the entrance to Fairford Leys and the Brunel Park commercial area, represents the most significant industrial development carried out in Aylesbury in the last 20 years.

It now provides some 116,000 sq ft of high quality new industrial and warehouse space with high office content.

Units are available for sale or to let, from 10,785 sq ft, with Unit 2 (11,054 sq ft) having already been let to locally based Kramer Electronics UK Ltd.

Kirk Clifford of agents Brown & Lee Clifford Billings said: "The high profile of the site, and the quality of the space provided, is attracting interest from companies both local and from further afield."

Alan Chandler, the marketing agent at Stupples, reports a continued strong demand for smaller sized freehold industrial units in the Aylesbury area.

Unit 3 Clifton Business Park, situated just to the west of Aylesbury town centre, consisting of 1,440 sq ft of light industrial space sold within two weeks of marketing.

Stupples acted on behalf of DAH Components.

Mr Chandler said: "We had a similar high level of interest in the former bus wash building on Smeaton Close and of course we only have four remaining industrial units of the original 29 at Anglo Business Park".

Ecopac (UK) Limited has taken a lease of the 30,000 sq ft Hangar 2 at the Westcott Venture Park, west of Aylesbury.

Ecopac, previously based in Long Crendon, manufacture and supply packaging materials.

Doug Sparkes, managing director said: "Due to expansion of our existing business we needed to find larger accommodation within a reasonable distance of our existing facility. Westcott has provided the perfect solution both for the business and for our staff."

As part of the agreement, owners Rockspring Hanover Property Unit Trust agreed to construct 2,000 sq ft of offices and toilet facilities within the existing warehouse building together with various other works of refurbishment.

Rod Mordey, Project Manager of the Westcott Venture Park said: "We are delighted to have been able to provide a property solution for Ecopac and warmly welcome them to the Park".

The letting follows closely on the heels of the announcement of Morley's of Bicester Ltd moving to the site.

Lambert Smith Hampton and Brown & Lee, Clifford Billings) represented Westcott Venture Park in the negotiations.
