A NEW bar in Winslow transforms from coffee shop during the day to a trendy wine bar at night and serves an exclusive selection of locally sourced organic wines.
Cappo's Wine Bar is owned by Mary Keenan and during the day, she rents the coffee shop out to her friend and colleague Aimee Oldfield before the new menus and candles come out in the evening, ready for people wanting to sample the Mediterranean light bites, fresh salads and unusual wines.

Sourced from a local wine merchant, the wine on offer is organic and chemical free and unavailable in the shops.

To toast Cappo's one month anniversary, a successful wine tasting evening was held on January 24.
