Aylesbury business park attracts new tenants

HILL Road Properties has let all of the remaining office space at the Bell Business Park in Aylesbury to the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
The Trust has taken buildings 8, 9 and 10, which comprise approximately 10,600 sq ft of prime offices, with the benefit of 51 parking spacee.

The office space, which they have on a six year lease, will provide accommodation for some of the Trust's Aylesbury based employees, who have been displaced whilst their main site at Manor House, Bierton Road, is rebuilt.

Bell Business Park totals 32,500 sq ft and has also attracted Trillium, Turnstone Support, Choice, GKA, E-CRM People and Maxima Information Group.

Current rents are at and above £16.00 per sq ft.
