DR Jane Lelean, owner of Healthy & Wealthy, business, executive and health coaching, achieved one of the highest accolades in the coaching profession, when earlier this month she received certification from The International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Jane, who had run her own highly successful business for over 10 years and worked as a coach for the last three years, is now one of only 140 coaches across the UK to be awarded this internationally recognised professional certification.

"The International Coaching Federation is to coaches what the General Medical Council is to doctors. As a newly recognised profession certification is not yet mandatory for coaches, so some individuals can offer coaching without formal training, resulting in inadequate or ineffective experiences for clients," said Jane.

Coaching helps individuals harness their natural strengths and skills, set realistic goals, take appropriate action and make informed and better decisions.

The International Coaching Federation Examiner said: "Jane is a Professional Certified Coach on her way to mastery. Thank you for the ongoing commitment to excellence in all that you do Jane. It is clearly reflected in your being as a coach."

Healthy and Wealthy, based in Grendon Underwood, specialises in offering business coaching to individuals and groups.
