Villagers plan charity events

A NUMBER of sports events will be held in Aston Clinton over the Bank Holiday weekend to raise money for charity.
On Saturday there will be a quiz night with a fish and chip supper held at the Aston clinton Social Club. Teams of eight are required and entry costs £6 per person.

During the day on Sunday, there will be a girls versus boys football match, children’s entertainer and barbecue and bouncy castle. In the evening, there will be live music and a disco at a cost of £3 per ticket.

Finally, on Monday there is a twenty20 cricket match between two local teams. All proceeds are to be donated to the National Endometriosis Society. For tickets or more information call 01296 630913.
