ASTON Clinton youngsters can once again enjoy activities at their club when it re-opens later this month after a summer holiday refurbishment.
The organisers of the youth club are planning to launch the building with a grand opening including a buffet and representatives from another youth group to mark the completion of the work on Friday September 14.

Six weeks of work has included the installation of male, female and disabled toilets, new doors, floors, lighting and electrical sockets.

Youth worker, Christine Lawson says that besides the usual activities the group is now hoping that it can come up with some new ideas for the teenagers.

Mrs Lawson said: “It would be lovely to get some game machines. I would like to bring more people down here, I do not think a lot of people know we are here and we would like to inject new life into it.”
