A 33-year-old man has absconded from Grendon's Spring Hill Open Prison, it has been revealed.
Andrew Francis, 33, who used to live in St Albans, was at HM Spring Hill for a string of burglaries at properties in his home town.

On February 11 Francis absconded from the open prison, and police said he has been seen in Wycombe.

Police have said it is possible Francis could be in surrounding towns and may have even returned to St Albans or Watford.
